BRITs Week 26 for War Child, Delivered by DHL raises over £1.16 million

This series has been the biggest in its history, raising an incredible £1.16 million across this year’s 12 shows.

All proceeds from BRITs Week 2026 will help War Child to support children whose lives have been devastatingly affected by war. The total for 2026 takes the amount raised for War Child by BRITs Week, since its inception in 2009, to over £9.16 million.

BRITs Week 26 for War Child, Delivered by DHL, gave fans the unforgettable opportunity to see intimate, one-off performances from some of the biggest and most exciting names in music at some of the UK’s best venues.

This year's series took place around The BRIT Awards 2026 with Mastercard on Saturday, 28th February in Manchester, to celebrate another exceptional year in British music.  With the awards having left the capital for the first time in its nearly 50-year history, BRITs Week 26 expanded into a new era with artists playing in more cities outside of London than ever before. Fans across the country got the chance to see their favourite artists in the lead-up to the UK’s biggest night in music with BRITs Week shows taking place across Newcastle, Edinburgh, Nottingham, Brighton, Manchester, and London.

Clare Sanders-Wright, Head of Live Music at War Child UK says; “£1.16 million is a phenomenal amount of money to raised, and by all measures, this year was our biggest yet since the inception of BRITs Week. This money will help us to support thousands of children impacted by the travesties of war across the globe with our vital work, helping them not just to survive conflicts, but thrive despite them. The phenomenal success of the shows this year wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible artists and their teams that have been so generous, as well as the teams at BPI, AEG, DHL, and of course my incredible colleagues at War Child who never fail to amaze with their hard work. Thank you to you all as well as the amazing music fans who came to the shows, bought merch, donated, and entered our prize draws – we couldn’t do this without you!”
