Who are War Child?

War Child protect and uphold children’s rights in countries impacted by war and displacement. We work in partnership with local organisations in 14 countries, together providing emergency support when conflict breaks out, and staying for as long as needed to help children and families recover and rebuild their lives.

What is BRITs Week?

BRITs Week is a joint partnership between the children’s charity War Child, the BPI, AEG and DHL.

 

How can I enter the prize draw?

You can enter the prize draw by making a donation to War Child at www.crowdfunder.co.uk/brits-week-war-child or by sending a postcard. A donation of just £10 gets you one entry to the prize draw.

You can enter as many times as you want, to increase your chances.

PLEASE NOTE: Winners of the extra prizes will be emailed with the details no later than 72 hours before the show date.

 

Who can enter the prize draw?

The general prize draw is open to applicants aged 18 and over (at the time of entry). Venue specific age restrictions will still apply and entry will be refused if not accordance with venue policy. It’s the entrants responsibility to check the venue’s age restrictions. Employees and contractors (and their respective families) of War Child are not eligible to enter.

 

Is there a free option?

Yes, if you’d like to enter the prize draw for free please send a postcard to FOA: BRITs Week, War Child, Dunn’s Hat Factory (4th Floor) 106-110 Kentish Town Road, NW1 9PX. Please make sure to include your name, address, email address and the show you’d like to enter the prize draw for on the postcard.

 

When does the prize draw take place?

The prize draws open for entries at 10am on Tuesday 13th January 2026.

For shows taking place between 9th February and 15th February, the prize draw will close at 23:29 GMT on the 4th February. All participants will be contacted with the outcome of the prize draw by 9th February.

For shows taking place between 16th February and 22nd February, the prize draw will close at 23:59 GMT on the 8th February. All participants will be contacted with the outcome of the prize draw by 11th February.

For shows taking place after the 23rd February, the prize draw will close at 23:59 GMT on the 15th February. All participants will be contacted with the outcome of the prize draw by 18th February.

 

How do I find out if I’ve won?

Prize draw winners will be notified about the results of the prize draw no later than 72 hours before the event they have entered for.

These are e-ticket only gigs. No physical ticket stock will be issued. You will receive an e-ticket that you will need to present with your valid photo ID on the door. This gives access to you and one guest. Your guest can only gain access to the venue if they enter the venue with you. You cannot transfer the names on the tickets. Please check the T&Cs for more information.

If you enter the Prize Draw, we will use the contact details you provide to confirm your payment and to tell you if you have won a prize. Your data will be shared with AXS, who manage ticket sales on our behalf. All entrants will be send a notification via Crowdfunder once the winners have been contacted.

 

Which gigs use a prize draw ticket mechanic?

All our shows have a specific prize draw allocation so you can enter any of the prize draws.

 

Can I just buy tickets?

Yes – for as long as the ‘Buy Tickets’ button is visible via the official BRITs Week page, there are still tickets available to buy. However, when this button is no longer visible, the “Buy Now” standard ticket allocation will be sold out and the only way to get tickets will be to apply through the prize draw.

 

I haven’t received my ticket, what do I do?

Can I enter more than 10 times?

Yes, you can enter as many times as you like to increase your chances of winning a pair of tickets.

 

Can I place more than one order on the same card/email account?

Tickets are limited at two per person however you can enter the prize draw as many times as you like with the same card to increase your chances to win tickets.
